At the request of students who participated in our workshop ‘Turning wood into food’, we organize a follow-up workshop.
This includes sterile techniques that precede the home culture of edible fungi.
What can you expect?
– You are guided in the smallest details in the cultivation of mycelia, from spores to wood flour brood or dowels.
This can be realized in a simple way with house, garden and kitchen equipment, without major investments.
– tips on materials to be used that will optimize your success
– possibility to purchase mother cultures to start your project (up to 40 species)
When? 05/04 when we have enough people in english 2 pm to 6 pm (Max 6 participants)
What to bring? Writing equipment
Participation price? 70 euros on demand for a group of min 4 english speaking people
